  • Administer the AI Readiness Assessment and Organizational Friction Snapshot

  • Calculate, display, and email assessment results

  • Provide recommendations based on assessment responses

  • Respond to inquiries and requested strategy conversations

  • Maintain assessment and client records

  • Improve our assessments, website, and services

  • Send BrightPath insights, book updates, or service information when you have separately requested those communications

  • Protect our website and prevent misuse

Submitting an assessment does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Assessment Communications

When you request assessment results, BrightPath may email those results and related information necessary to complete your request. These are assessment-related communications.

Marketing communications are optional and require a separate selection. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions provided or contacting us.

How Information Is Stored

Assessment submissions are currently processed using Google Workspace services and stored in a restricted Google spreadsheet controlled by BrightPath. Our website is hosted through Squarespace, and appointment scheduling may use Google Calendar or another scheduling service.

These service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

How We Share Information

BrightPath does not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver assessment results, manage communications, schedule appointments, or maintain business records. We provide only the information reasonably needed to perform those services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to address suspected fraud, security threats, or misuse.

Data Retention

We retain assessment and contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements.

Data Security

BrightPath uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
